HB 4515 passed the Illinois General Assembly!

HB 4515 passed the Illinois House with a concurrence vote of 71-38 on Wednesday, June 29! This bill will improve the health care waiver process and create job opportunities for people with criminal records. HB 4515 will now be sent to the Governor for his signature.
