CCPSA Meeting

  • Harry S. Truman College 1145 W. Wilson Ave Chicago, IL, 60640 United States (map)

At the end of the year, the Community Commission for Public Safety and Accountability is required to evaluate and assess their performance in meeting these goals and expectations as part of its oversight responsibilities. The Commission invites the public to actively engage with its public safety agencies during this meeting. Your participation and input is essential as the Commission works to revise the proposed goals for 2024!

Those unable to attend the meeting in person can join virtually via Zoom.

The Commission allows for public comments at their monthly meetings. Each person will have up to two minutes to speak. A total of twenty minutes will be dedicated to public comment at each meeting. If you wish to speak during the virtual public comment period, kindly request to do so by reaching out to Community Commission staff by emailing CommunityCommissionPublicComment@cityofchicago.org. Those wishing to speaking during the meeting must provide their name in writing to the Commission staff between 6:00 PM and 6:30 PM. If the number of interested speakers exceeds the time dedicated to public comment, speakers will be selected by a random drawing.

Written public comments may be submitted at the meeting or by emailing CommunityCommissionPublicComment@cityofchicago.org in advance.

Visit the Chicago CCPSA YouTube page for recordings of previous monthly meetings.
