Gather with us for our virtual 2023 Annual Membership Assembly (AMA) to reflect on our work together with member congregations, coalition partners and community members in building Beloved Community.
The beauty of our 2023 AMA theme, ‘Healing as One,’ lies in the interconnectedness of humanity, hope and healing. Social justice initiatives are intertwined with our human aspirations, and our healing does not occur in isolation. As we heal, we evolve and plant seeds of hope. And this hope, in turn, drives our mission forward, uniting us in purpose, activism and in collective vision for the future.
Our line-up of AMA speakers includes:
Opening Prayer — Rev. Dr. Carmin A. Frederick-James, Online Engagement and Community Outreach at Covenant United Church of Christ
Keynote Address — Rev. Dr. Beth Brown with Lincoln Park Presbyterian Church, Chicago
Testimony — Sis. Fasika Y. Alem, Programs Director at the United African Organization
Testimony — Rev. Craig B. Mousin, Associate Pastor for Immigrant Justice at Wellington United Church of Christ
This event will be a broadcast on YouTube and Facebook. Please save the date and share this celebration with your networks!
