CCPSA Community Listening Session on Traffic Stops

  • Harry S Truman College 1145 West Wilson Avenue Chicago, IL, 60640 (map)

The Community Commission for Public Safety and Accountability (CCPSA) is hosting a series of listening sessions across Chicago to hear directly from the community about traffic stops. CRS invites you join to us at the sessions and share your experiences, concerns, and suggestions for potential changes to the Chicago Police Department’s (CPD) practices and what should be included in a traffic stop policy.

Sessions will be held both in-person and virtually. Those unable to attend the upcoming session in-person can join virtually via Zoom.

The Commission will provide an opportunity for public comment. Each person participating in public comment will have up to two minutes to speak. Anyone may submit written public comment by delivering it to the public meeting or by emailing it to CommunityCommissionPublicComment@cityofchicago.org.
