We are excited to announce that former CRS Executive Director Rev. Dr. Curtiss Paul DeYoung is the keynote speaker for the upcoming event! His message titled “The Risk of Being Woke” will explore scripture text from John 11:11; 12:9-11.

This forum focuses on the current state of voting rights and the rise of extremist attacks on democracy. It will examine threats to democracy, including attempts to influence judicial elections—like the recent effort to sway the Wisconsin Supreme Court—and how these maneuvers, along with election interference and extremist rulings from courts, are reshaping our civil liberties.
