Op-Ed: Pretextual Traffic Stops Don’t Enhance Public Safety

CRS is a member of the Communities United consent decree plaintiffs and coalition for police accountability of which ACLU serves as our legal counsel. Now more than ever there is a great urgency to see the enforcement of consent decree mandates alongside greater citizen oversight.
