Pateska J. Woods joined Community Renewal Society (CRS) in August of 2024 as the Executive Assistant. She came to CRS with over 20 years of experience as an Administrative & Operations Specialist. Prior to joining the organization, she lent her expertise to several large companies in the corporate sector, serving in positions from C-Level Executive Assistant to Associate Manager of Business Operations.

Pateska is a Chicago Native who earned her bachelor’s degree and completed graduate-level work (ABT) at Chicago State University. She is a landlord of several multi-unit properties and resides in Berwyn, IL, with her family.
